We can take over for you on paper jobs, where you have to turn in weekly certified payroll by mailing in originals. We can help with projects that require your weekly certified payroll to be turned in through a software program — Elation Systems, LCPTracker, E-Mars, or any other system required.
We will train your staff on how to use these systems so that you never become fully dependent on our services. We make job site visits regularly and can assist in acquiring signatures from your employees or 1099 contractors or sub-subs. We help verify hours and collection of proof of payments. We maintain records properly and hand them over at intervals throughout the duration of the project or at the end.
CAS/CSS employees are fully bilingual, dedicated and professional. They are taught to de-escalate problems on job sites or with local jurisdiction — being the city, county, state or federal HUD regulators. We are experienced with audits and can assist on all of those as well.
